During our new apartment construction, Creative Tech installed new Paradigm in-ceiling speakers, wall mounted our large flat screen TV, and set up our existing Denon/Paradigm audio system. The technicians were punctual and professional and even suggested (and implemented) a reconfiguration which made the whole set up much easier to operate. Quality service as always A++ with Creative Tech’s team. 

The rear projection TV which I purchased from Creative Tech over fifteen years ago finally packed-up. They gave me an estimate for a 55" wall mounted Samsung Smart TV. The installation could not have been better and the picture quality and entire viewing experience is like night and day. And something that we rarely experience these days, the final bill was even a bit less than the estimate!

You delivered exactly what you said you were going to deliver and everything is equal to or greater than what I expected in terms of customer satisfaction from the audio visual experience. 

The Creative Tech team provided a truly professional service and were instrumental in creating a total AV solution for our new house. The end result has far exceeded our expectations and was ultimately under budget. Having Creative Tech be part of the design process and communicating regularly with our architect and builder, resulted in a seamless integration of our AV package...
